Brookhaven Retreat offers a Private, Comfortable Emotional Sanctuary
- Nestled amid 48 acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, the serene and peaceful environment aids the sabbatical of self-reconnection.
- Clients enjoy beautiful natural surroundings, homelike facilities and spa meals which creates a conducive environment for each to hear her inner voice, being supported by a multi-professional team who are trained in active listening.
- Confidentiality, security and personal privacy are paramount to our clients.
The Programs at Brookhaven Retreat Focus Specifically on the Needs of Women, their Role in Society and their Family Dynamics
- All-female – The composition of all-female clients and clinical employees creates the emotional safety necessary to allow experiential processing to effectively take place.
- The exploration – Your journey of emotional breakage often creates isolation. Finding kindred spirits that can comprehend, empathize and relate to overwhelming lostness and self-disconnection also provides stimulation and direction in learning how to develop healthy behaviors and self-reconnection.
- No judgement - Brookhaven Retreat's program allows clients to feel understood without judgement, insecurity or shame.
Brookhaven Retreat is a Premier Women's Fully-Integrated Dual-Diagnosis Recovery Center
- Brookhaven Retreat is a fully accredited and multiply licensed dual-diagnosis facility for mood disorders, personality disorders and addictions (which can accompany, mimic or disguise some types of clinical diagnoses).
- The clinical team tailors individualized treatment programs for each client’s specific needs, integrating medical, psychiatric and therapeutic care.
- Multiple therapeutic approaches are progressively interwoven to meet the unfolding needs of each client and reveal the underlying hidden root causes for the use of all emotional escape tools (such as addiction, impulsive behaviors, distorted thinking and hopeless perspectives). Treating symptoms cannot produce long-term results.
