Welcome, Autumn

Cool nights; cozy sweaters; vibrant red, orange, and yellow leaves; the smell of a campfire… autumn is upon us!

It’s time to get out and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer. One of my favorite things to do in the autumn season is to drive around looking at the beautiful scenery and taking it all in, breathing in the fresh, cool autumn air. It’s nice to get out and enjoy the majestic beauty of nature. It melts away stress and anxiety and makes your soul feel refreshed.

Sometimes we could all use an uplifting boost. If you’re feeling stressed or depressed, try taking a short hike, riding a bike through the park, or even driving through the mountains with the windows down. Or let your inner child out and spend the day jumping in the leaves. Autumn provides so many unique experiences that delight the senses with coziness and warmth despite the chill in the air.

There is something about the crisp autumn air blowing through one’s hair and the smell in the breeze that brings a sense of freshness and uplifts one’s spirits.
