Low-fat Pumpkin Pie Dip

Enjoy this light and tasty seasonal dip without worrying about it settling on your hips. This guilt-free dip is packed with protein and antioxidants. It is a sure hit with your favorite finger food fruits.

Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar or stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 oz fat free Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz cool whip free
  • Apples- sliced for dipping

Directions:

  1. Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Mix in yogurt.
  4. Fold in cool whip
  5. Chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.

*Makes about 6 cups.
