Carrie parrott received her B.A. in Art History from Colorado State University and has worked in the field of mental health for over 7 years with focused training in meditation, DBT skills, and Anxiety & Panic Disorder skills. She has numerous years working closely with Clinical and Administrative Directors, Psychotherapists, Intake and Admissions Coordinators and Discharge Coordinators.

Grace Hardwick received her B.A. in Psychology from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, her Master of Science in Social Work from New York University and The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, She is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Tennessee and has worked in the field of mental health for over 4 years. She has a breadth of experience and knowledge working as a therapist and researcher in outpatient and inpatient levels of care and in a university setting. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Music and Meditation, Suicide and Self-mutilation, and the Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI).
