  • All people deal with stress on a daily basis. Stress is just the way we adapt to changes in our environment.
  • If we do not learn to manage our stress levels in a more healthy manner it can cause long term physical and psychological problems.
  • Some people feel that they thrive under stress but this can also be very difficult on the body and soul.
  • Our lack of coping skills regarding stress often causes us to lash out at those we love.
